Cancellation policy
Shine kindly asks that you give at least 48 hours to change or cancel an appointment. Same day cancellations or "no shows" will be subject to 100% of the service fee charged to the card on file. This applies to all the services you have booked, meaning if you have a haircut and gloss booked but decide to forgo the gloss at your time of appointment, that is considered a late cancellation as we are no longer able to fill that time you had booked. Appointments cancelled within 24-48 hours will be subject to 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file. You may reschedule or cancel via the email sent to you when you booked the appointment. This policy protects the time, income and wellbeing of our stylists. Therefore there will be no exceptions to this policy, and we thank you for your understanding.
Lateness Policy
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your service, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to be seen. We will do everything in our power to make it work! Usually parking is not an issue, but please leave at least 15 minutes to find a spot. Please let your stylist know if you are running behind. Arriving later than 15 minutes into your appointment will be considered a "no show" and billed to your card on file.

Shine accepts credit/debt cards, apple pay and cash is always queen.
adjustments
We want you to love your hair! We are more than happy to make adjustments without an additional charge if you let us know within 7 days of your appointment. The redo service must be complete within 14 days of the original appointment. Please note we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color. Please note that under no circumstances will any refunds, payment or portion for any salon services rendered be granted.
