Shine kindly asks that you give at least 48 hours to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and "no shows" will be subject to 100% of the service fee charged to the card on file. Appointments cancelled within 24-48 hours will be subject to 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file.

You may reschedule or cancel via the text/email sent to you when you booked the appointment.

If you are 15 minutes (or more) late to your service, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to be seen. We will do everything in our power to make it work! Parking is not usually an issue, but please leave at least 15 minutes to find a spot. Please let your stylist know if you are running behind. Arriving later than 15 minutes into your appointment will be considered a "no show" and billed to your card on file.

​Shine accepts credit/debt cards, apple pay and cash is always Queen.
